These terms of service are issued by Singleton, a web development agency based in Croatia. Contact: info@singletondevelopment.hr. By using this website and our services, you accept these terms in full.
Services Offered
Singleton provides custom web development, maintenance and technical support, UI/UX design, and SEO optimization services. The exact scope of services for each project is defined in an individual quote agreed upon with the client before work begins.
Intellectual Property
Upon project completion and full payment, the client receives full ownership of their website, including the design and content created specifically for the project. Singleton retains the right to use the project in its portfolio and promotional materials, unless explicitly agreed otherwise. Generic components, libraries, and tools used or developed by Singleton remain the property of Singleton.
Payment Terms
Payment terms are agreed upon individually for each project and defined in the quote. The standard model includes an advance payment before work begins and the remaining balance upon project completion. All amounts are stated in euros (EUR). In case of late payment, Singleton reserves the right to suspend services until the outstanding balance is settled.
Client Obligations
The client is responsible for providing all necessary materials (text, images, access credentials) in a timely manner for successful project delivery. Delays in providing materials may affect the agreed delivery timeline. The client warrants that they have the right to use all materials they provide.
Limitation of Liability
Singleton makes every effort to deliver all services professionally and to a high standard. However, Singleton shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising from the use of our services or website. The total liability of Singleton is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service. Singleton is not liable for website downtime caused by third parties, hosting providers, or force majeure events.

Duration and Termination
Terms for individual projects apply from acceptance of the quote until project completion and settlement of all obligations. Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice. In case of termination, the client is obligated to pay for all work completed up to that point.
Governing Law
These terms of service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be resolved before the competent court in the Republic of Croatia.
Changes to These Terms
Singleton reserves the right to modify these terms of service at any time. Changes take effect on the date of publication on this page. Continued use of the website after publication of changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
